Scope of Application

This regulation applies to every organisation it refers to, whether a partnership, a company or a non-profit. The Round Table of the United Communities holds all rights of interpretation.

This regulation was approved by the "Regulation of Feking" Review Group under the Round Table of the United Communities on

19 August 2025

General Principles

The following principles govern all activity within the United Communities of Feking.

Democracy is the cornerstone of the United Communities of Feking, hereafter referred to as the United Communities. No entity or individual is permitted to undermine the democratic framework of the United Communities.

Addendum 1: Calypso, the fourth leader of the United Communities, broadened the democratic reach from the Round Table to the entire Communities. This move safeguarded the Communities' autonomous function, free from corporate interference.

Addendum 2: This democratic framework is primarily represented through freedom of expression. Neither the Administration nor the Senate should obstruct external critique in any manner.

As a comprehensive online community, the United Communities prohibits the dissemination of universally acknowledged unwholesome internet content . This encompasses, but is not limited to:

    Dissemination of messages containing violent, pornographic, or drug-related content.

    Addendum: Content featuring non-targeted actual violence, minor injuries, or sexual imagery and implications may be posted in specified areas with the approval of a director or a district representative, who assumes full responsibility.

    Spreading rumours, unwelcome sexual advances or taunts, or posting derogatory remarks.

    Addendum: Conduct that strays well beyond humour and, in the Safety Committee's judgement, subjects its target to online abuse, or that turns criticism of the Administration and the Senate into personal attacks, exceeds the limits of acceptable free speech.

  • 3Indiscriminate monetary solicitation or begging within the United Communities.

The United Communities fosters a culture of friendliness, encouraging:

Friendly Behaviours Include:
  • 1Use of welcoming, inclusive language.
  • 2Respect for diverse viewpoints and experiences.
  • 3Graceful acceptance of constructive criticism.
  • 4Focus on what benefits the Communities most.
  • 5Empathy towards fellow members.
Unfriendly Behaviours Include:

The propagation of behaviours likely to cause unease is not permitted within the United Communities. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • 1Disparaging intelligence, discriminating against intellectuals, or promoting anti-intellectualism.

    Discriminatory practices aimed at self-aggrandisement.

    Addendum: The United Communities stands against discrimination based on illness, experience level, socio-economic status, appearance, or religious beliefs. The Safety Committee will not tolerate any conduct that might incite or support discrimination.

    Engagement in mystically tinged behaviours under the guise of modern consumerism.

    Addendum: Typically refers to excessive adoration for a product or brand, leading to unwarranted attacks on users of similar competing products without due consideration of product or service specifics.

  • 4Abbreviating non-aggressive everyday language or ambiguous concepts, hindering effective communication.

Instant Messaging

This section covers every instant messaging application, including Telegram and Discord.

1. No organisation or individual should interfere with the chat or browsing experience of others. This includes, but is not limited to:
Example 1: Spamming: Sending the same meaningless message three or more times in quick succession.
Example 2: Blurry screen photos: taken to share what is on a screen, so badly focused that the content is hard or impossible to read.
Example 3: Repeating: the same message more than three times for no purpose.

2. No organisation or individual may advertise commercially for profit. This includes, but is not limited to:
Example 1: Spreading false advertisements, disseminating dubious information about recruitment or part-time opportunities.
Example 2: Malicious promotion, exaggerating the benefits to attract others.

Cloud Storage

This section applies to all services with storage capabilities, such as cloud storage and image hosting services.

The uploader retains all rights, and United Communities entities cannot control, verify or endorse that content unless:
① The data made public by the holder violates the Regulation of Feking.
② It is unanimously agreed upon by the Round Table, Administration, and Senate, and the Safety Committee acts upon accounts deemed as "Silly Billy".

Intellectual Property Agreement: Data holders sharing content in public areas thereby agree to the "Intellectual Property Statement of the Regulation of Feking: User Section".

Data Leakage Policy: In cases where data leakage is caused by the holder's operational error and there is no contact with the Vector Lab or notification to the Safety Committee within 24 hours, it will be considered public content and no longer protected.

Important Notice: All uploaded content must comply with these regulations. Violations may result in content removal and account restrictions.

Departments

1. The Administration: The Head of Communities Affairs and staff answer directly to the President of United Communities and carry out the President's policies; the President sets their duties and decides any reassignment.

2. The Senate: Senators serve for life and discuss the feasibility of United Communities affairs with district representatives, conveying ideas to the Round Table.

3. The Round Table: Members elect the President of United Communities on 25 March and the Speaker on 19 August. A two-thirds majority of online members can approve Senate proposals, which the Administration then helps to implement. If members breach the Regulation of Feking, the Speaker may revoke their membership.

Tokens

This section applies to token services involved in the HW & YZ LLP managed by the United User Centre.

1. United Communities tokens are not blockchain-encrypted virtual currencies and hold no investment value.

2. Sovereign currencies such as USD, GBP and HKD can be exchanged for tokens, but cashing out tokens requires HW & YZ partner approval, so tokens are not highly liquid.

3. HoM (Hairpins of MomijidaniRisa), dinner, and Uncia are digital tokens with values that fluctuate based on market conditions. These tokens can be used for HW & YZ share exchanges, and their current rates are updated periodically:

User Guidelines

Guidelines on user classification, privacy and intellectual property.

Silly Billy (SB)
Anyone who causes disorder may be expelled from the United Communities by the Safety Committee, with all associated organisations notified.
2.
Basic Users
Registered members of the United User Centre.
3.
Senior Users
Users granted this title by the Round Table for sponsoring public welfare activities within the United Communities.
4.
Pro Users
Esteemed customers who purchase products or services from Asolidus, ByArts, POSHIM, HW & YZ or other profit-making entities.

Users who are minors as defined by applicable laws must obtain consent from their legal guardians before using products or services of the United Communities, and use them under supervision. Furthermore, minors under 13 or those in primary school are prohibited from using United Communities products or services.

The United Communities does not permit its platform to be used to infringe the rights of others or to break laws and regulations. While it cannot guarantee that such incidents will never occur, we will take the legal measures necessary to prevent or mitigate them. Disputes arising from such incidents are to be settled directly between the affected parties and the infringer, without the involvement of the United Communities; any responsibility and consequences that follow rest with those parties, not with the United Communities.

Information Collection: to provide better services, United Communities products and services may, where the user chooses, automatically store registration information. All original data entered is stored in our database. For account security, please avoid using personal information (including but not limited to real names, phone numbers and addresses). Users must not transfer or lend their account or password to anyone else. If unauthorised use of an account is detected, contact the Safety Committee immediately. No use of the internet is entirely safe from hacking, or from user negligence that leads to unauthorised account use; such risks lie beyond the United Communities' control.

Information Gathered During Product or Service Use: activity logs are recorded by Vector Lab servers whenever our products or services are used, such as usage details, IP address, URL of the accessed service, browser type, language, and date and time of access.

Cookies: we bake cookies in the user's browser. They contain no sugar, are never sold by the dozen, and simply remember authentication and preferences.

Data is anonymised where practicable, but encryption is not guaranteed. Backups may be stored by Vector Lab in other countries or regions with different privacy laws.

Information Use: The United Communities authorises Vector Lab to use collected information to provide personalised services, and will not disclose this information unless prior user consent is obtained or specified otherwise in this statement. However, under the following circumstances, user information may be disclosed:
①With prior user consent;
②As required by laws, regulations, legal processes, or policies;
③Under joint pressure on the United Communities from the Asolidus Board of Directors, ByArts Board of Directors, POSHIM Board of Directors, and HW & YZ partners.

Users (excluding Silly Billy) own the data and publicly submitted documents they provide. Unless specifically stated, we reserve the right to submit these to the United Communities content platform, following the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License.

Without explicit prior written permission from the Communities leader, content published by members, staff, or senators in their personal capacity must not be disseminated or used for commercial purposes.

Official content provided by United Communities institutions is for reference and personal use only. Unless explicitly stated by the Round Table, Administration, or Senate, no part of any content or trademarks may be copied, compiled, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed outside United Communities jurisdiction, encoded, translated, transmitted, sold, or distributed.
